Information:

Archut village mosque was built in 1041. It is one of the oldest mosques in the Karakilsa region. However, in the village of Archut, where Azerbaijanis live, there were Turkish-Oghuz historical monuments, cultural remains and cemeteries from the VII, XII, XIV centuries. Stone inscriptions found in the cemetery prove that Azerbaijanis lived here. The words "Muhammad - 831" (in the old Oghuz alphabet) written on the tombstone in the old cemetery of the village can be considered as a visual example. The territory of the village was rich in ancient historical monuments .
